This diary is simply a record of my daily workout physical and mental changes, capturing every step, rep, and achievement along the way. From my initial goals and progress measurements to workout routines, nutrition choices, and motivational notes, this diary will be a chronicle of your commitment to health and well-being.

Stay focus and become better everyday!

First day taking notes for my workout, though kinda wished started this long time ago. Anyways, beside from the regular push ups and dumbbell bi/triceps training, started attempting hand stand push ups to perform shoulder presses. Max is at 10 reps 3 sets, but we'll see where this goes.

It's been a week since last I posted. and I did not stop working out every single day in between, but I felt too surprisingly comfortable just staying home to workout. I still completed around approximately 200 push ups, 3 sets of 30 reps bicep curls, 3 sets 15 reps lat raises, 3 sets 15 reps of tricep curls. However, I felt a terrifying complacency just working out at home, and some devil inside tells me not to go to gym. Today, I finally got up and went again, and it felt amazing. I listened to motivational podcasts while working out, and seeing again both young and old people around me grinding to their best just pumps me back up. But  honestly, that devil inside that tells me I am comfortable is simply something I am obliged to contend.

Focusing on chest workout has always been a part difficult for me to sustain. Started attempting more inclined dumbbell presses with 18, 20, 22 kg rather than the usual bar bench presses (kinda cumbersome to load weights).
